To download audio use ListenToYouTube.com, but they give you a shitty rip in 128kps.
To download video use Savevid.com or Keepvid.com, but again, the file comes out low quality then the original, so its best to look up the video you want to download in high quality, for example, if you want the Changes music vid, look up "Changes Quality" on youtube.
But if you're looking to download 2Pac music videos, DJ Veli did a thread with every Pac vid
