I don't know if yall have heard about this but a Briton called Akmal Sheikh was executed for smuggling herion into China. Firstly, he had a mental condition called 'bipolar disease'. However, they still executed him.
What I've realized is that people are getting just locked up in places like China for things as rape as they're hurting others whereas a 'not-well' person has been executed for smuggling drugs!
