Anyone knows how can I upgrade from low Quality to high quaility..?

Anyone here knows how can I make low quality a high quality video.. & please if so, send me the link to the prog which u listed, either torrent or on mediafire.. Rapidshare & mega upload, I got no accounts in them, & tell me how to use'em please! help me & may God bless you!

You can't do that, if you want a high quality video you will have to have the project file. Then you can save it as a HD movie file. If you change the resolution from a 1024X768 picture to 1920X1080 for example it will look like absolute shit. Same goes for movies

The best bet you can go with is just a better camera.

But some progs like IcePine as what I heard, can do that, btu I still couldn't find a link or a torrent where I can get it for free tho.. -.-

You can enchance videos using plug-ins and progs but you will never be able to change a video from low quality to HD.
