It's Kasinova it's obvious but, the lyrics, the voice just reminds me of Pac.. Really miss him.. But the prob is that kasinova says ' to my lil brother ' I guess he ment pac, altho pac is obviously older loool.. Anyways, this song is a song that'll touch the heart, hope you like it..
