This is just 2Pac back in 1996 when he was doing songs live at club 662.
The other video is the same with the orginal sound cut out and replaced with 50 Cent's music...

It has been established that this is Pac but someone changed the vocal bakground music.. Thanks for the guys for figuring this out, as this has always been a mystery to me. Closed
