Tupac's 11th album, and 8th posthumous album 'Shakurspeare' will be released on Tupac's 39 birthday this year (June 16th)
It will contain Shakur's first songs recorded in 1988 during the so called Born Busy Sessions. It will contain older Tupac recordings in their original form. The vocals for "Shakurspeare" were originally recorded in acappella form on cassette in 1988 (when he was known as MC New York)and have since been digitally mastered and paired to contemporary beats crafted by Baltimore producer Darrin Keith Bastfield. Its cover will feature a Bastfield painting portraying Shakur as Shakespeare.
Shakurspeare, a Romantic Dramedy based on the controversal "World of Art" as it relates to the perceptions of art in both high society and mass culture. The painting "Shakurspeare" makes it's debut in this funny story.
The Movie Script: First Draft Edition written by Darrin Keith Bastfield will be available as a Born Busy published book on Amazon.com.
You don't have to be in Hollywood to read Shakurspeare: The Movie Script first.
Instead of saying "I read the book" how about saying "I read the script?"
